3.0 V6 Supercharged Engine Conversion – 400BHP. Do you want to build the maddest, fastest 205/206/306/406 or other Peugeot or Citroen or even other vehicle?? This is a full conversion setup, everything you will need to do this. This was originally from a Peugeot 406 3.0 V6 Coupe, and for those in the know, it is removed from the fabled 600BHP 406 Stealth Coupe , which was a former show car. If you Google the V6 conversion, this engine has been put into lots of vehicles, 205’s 206’s 306’s. A company called Stealth Systems made the Supercharger adapter kit and additional mods, this company was owned by a friend of the person who built the car. Here is a link that shows the vehicle where the engine came from. I stripped this a while ago with the intention of building my own mad track car, however due to a change of circumstances I no longer have anywhere to build it. It is currently dry stored in my garage. Here is exactly what is included. Bored out to 3.1 litres. Gas flowed and ported cylinder heads. Forged low compression pistons. Lightened and strengthened bottom end. Enlarged heavy duty small ends. ARP Head bolt kit. Toyota Supra Turbo injectors with custom billet fuel rail. 1200 CU Vortech Supercharger with custom made billet mountings + bolts. AUTRONICS (MA Developments) Piggyback ECU and ignition amplifiers. Full custom wiring loom uncut, still attached to engine for ease. Still retains standard Peugeot connectors to plug into body loom. 2x Inlet manifolds (1 is drilled for nitrous that was removed, the other is standard so you have both options). Hydraulic clutch line, AP fluid reservoir and hydraulic cutch actuator. Baileys Motorsport header tank, power steering tank and methanol/water tank. Custom made ECU box (this and the Baileys tanks allows everything to fit in the engine bay with the additional room taken up by the supercharger and pipework). High pressure 5 bar secondary fuel pump (with full length of large bore fuel line). Wiring loom for secondary fuel pump (single splice into existing fuel pump power feed). Adjustable fuel pressure regulator with pressure guage. ERL Aquamist water and methanol injection kit. Dual Core custom front mounted intercooler. All hard boost pipes and silicone hoses and jubilee clips. 406 3.0 V6 Radiator. Twin Bailey Dump Valves. HKS Mushroom filter (greasy, needs a soak in petrol). Full 3 Inch bore stainless steel exhaust including both manifolds, down pipes, lambda sensor (will need back boxes to suit) has a vortex cat-convertor for emmisions. Boost guage / fuel mixture guage (with wiring). All vacuum lines for boost gauge, ecu etc. Custom heavy duty oil feed lines for supercharger. 5 Speed 406 3.0 Coupe Gearbox (clutch + flywheel all included in good condition) This is renowned as a very strong gearbox. Gear shift selector stick and selector cables and all securing clips. Battery box for boot mounting battery. Full length heavy duty battery cables for boot mounting. This is a fairly big jigsaw and not for the feint hearted, but as I said it is literally everything you will need for the successful transplant, so no looking around breakers yards for gearboxes, driveshafts or engine mounts etc. It started and ran well enough, I drove it off the transporter to my garage. The mileage on the vehicle was around 60k miles from the MOT checker. It was running slightly lumpy and rich according the fuel air gauge but wasn’t smoking, but the ethanol tank was empty, the nitrous was disconnected and one vacuum hose was off, so this may have had an effect on running. The oil I drained was completely clear, as was the coolant, no rust at all it was still bright pink. It may well need a tune or remap when installed as this is a highly modified beast. The fuel pressure regulator is manually adjustable and ECU settings are custom, but the mechanical bits are all there. I still have the original magazine that has the article on the car which I will include if you want. It apparently made 400BHP on medium boost with the supercharger alone, and 600BHP with the nitrous. Imagine that in a 206 or 306!! PLEASE no timewasters, dreamers or what is you best price” type questions. If it doesn’t go I may well squirrel away for a rainy day, or break down and sell the parts individually! You are more than welcome to come and view if you want to. I can help load if required, I have a hoist etc. I may also be able to deliver this for fuels costs. I might be able to pallet up at extra cost (the exhaust would be the problem due to the length, it may have to be cut which wouldn’t be great). All of this would have to be at my convenience.
